took a while to get over the christmas season and back into the program. Added another half hour of cardio at least three times a week and that seems to help a lot.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
