Awe honey! Not a one of us is perfect. This is a marathon, not a sprint so it's not a total disaster if we fall down down here and there..as long as we get back up, dust ourselves off and continue moving forward. Tomorrow is a new day my dear ❤️.

you are still doing great Jeni,,,take a deep breath and pat yourself on the back. The scale can go up and down for a lot of reasons...fat loss (or gain) is usually at most a half pound a day...the rest is water movement in/out of our tissues or more/less extra "stuff" in the GI tract. It is understandably very discouraging to see our successful efforts wiped out by the cruel little machine though.

Hang in there. I am struggling to lose 10 pounds I gained back several months ago. Then I need to lose another 20 pounds after that. We all struggle and some days are better than others. You can do this!

You've just been through a time stressful enough that it made the news for weeks, and I don't even want to think about how much cleanup you still have in front of you. Please please please don't be mad at yourself. Getting back on track IS HORRIBLE even for small things, but you're here and you've got support and you got this.
