Crap breakfast...never tasted so GOOD! Almond milk, atkins PB bar, and 4 tblsp of peanutbutter with roasted flaxseeds on top! It should be illegal!!! and the scale actually bopped between 135.5 and 136 this morning...fine with me...I'm really determined here to do this andnot "suffer" too much..lol
61.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
