Well I'm new here. I started the SB on 1/7/08 so I'm in my day 12. I have no idea if a lost some weight on the first week because i weight myself in a nonreliable weight.
So last Tuesday I weight myself at this new weight (222) so that's the "start" up point.
Today I'm tired of eggs ham and almonds !!
I'm going to go for a 3rd week on phase 1.
12 days with out CANDY PIZZA SODAS RICE and all that !!! the first day was hard! but now I'm getting used to it
