I'm new here.
I started the SB on 1/7/08 so I'm in my day 12.
I have no idea if a lost some weight on the first week because i weight myself in a nonreliable weight.

So last Tuesday I weight myself at this new weight (222) so that's the "start" up point.

Today I'm tired of eggs ham and almonds !!

I'm going to go for a 3rd week on phase 1.

12 days with out CANDY PIZZA SODAS RICE and all that !!!
the first day was hard! but now I'm getting used to it
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
