Slept well, up at 8m to get ready to go to TOPS. Lost the pound I gained last week but would have hoped that it would be more, though thankful for the loss! After the meeting ran errands and then home. In the 90's with heat index almost 100.....not pleasant at all and not conducive to moving around. After supper went out to spa to exercise and did 40 min of upper and lower body exercises. Talked to Angie and will call Eloise later.
