Started the Body by Vi shakes this morning. They have their own website for tracking progress, but I like this one, so here I am. The first shake this morning was ok, but I'm not much of a shake drinker or smoothie fan, so I am a bit skeptical at how this is going to go. BUT, I will give it a shot.
