I eat completely plant based, meaning beans, avocados, tofu, mushrooms etc.. I don't log my food on here unless I eat something out of the norm, then I log it just to see if it affects the scale! I don't restrict my calories or carbs anymore. I eat when I'm hungry even if it means having some toast! This WOE is EXTREMELY liberating after having to restrict myself from so many foods before. I don't plan on restricting myself very often anymore as I'm coming to a place of conformity with my weight! Remember I've had WLS which means I eat a lot less than most folks but I do eat very healthy.
