Gampang....cuman ikutin rdi tp kalo aku potong lg 20 persen...karbo limited bukan tanpa karbo...fiber banyakin,fat kurangin...olah raga...protein tambahin kalo abis olah raga...sama minum teh hijau abis makan berlemak...dah itu aja
