I gained .4 this last weigh in, I know it's from not working out all last week as I wasn't feeling well. I'm back to my exercise routine and have been right on with my points this week. So I'm confident that I'll see a loss next weigh in. :)
110.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, you should do. Just keep on track with the points as you say and exercise and you'll do it, and you'll have you're chart going down again. Keep it up.
