I lost 80 pounds last year in about seven months. i started my weight loss journey on march 19th, 2011 and was 203 pounds. i got down to 118 pounds by late november but fell off the wagon after the new year. i got really depressed and a lot of things were going on. i wasnt exercising as much as i should have and i turned to food for emotional comfort. i ended up gaining a lot of weight back im currently at 143 pounds and feel very unhealthy. it is time to make a change again. i know in my heart i can do this. i was so motivated last year but now it is extremeley hard to stay motivated. it makes me depressed that i gained all that weight back but i need to do this AGAIN for me. I know i can do it! I have too!
