Wow. I didn't think I would lose that much this week but the one thing I did different was not record in my food journal but eat the meals and 2 snacks. I half everything when I go out to eat and I have been eating out alot with my job. Yesterday I ate at Olive Garden. Had the Pasta something soup and a salad without croutons or bread. Exercise wise, I had started a new DVD a couple of weeks ago and I was probably building muscle, hence the .4 and .2 weight loss the past two weeks. Now, the body must be use to the exercise I started, I guess. Anyway, I cannot believe I am at this weight. Last time I was at this weight was 8 years ago!
61.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You had a great loss for the week!! I lost 6 lbs. the first week when I did Extreme Fat Smash. I was shocked!! I think it's great that you can go out to eat and really watch it. I have a hard time...that's why I don't go out very much when I'm doing this. I'd rather not tempt myself. Good job and keep it up!!
