I don't know if this is a motivation. I don't know if it actually did anything for me, but I'm sticking with the diet really well right now. A few months ago, I had pretty much given up. I started listening to meditation/hypnosis recordings from Audible. You can find them under "channels". One of the channels is called "breathe" You can down load them to your device so you don't have to stream them all the time and they switch them up and sometimes they aren't always there, so downloading is key. You must listen every night for several weeks. I don't know if it helped, but I'm in a good state of mind for this and it may be because of this.
