I am trying and the results have been dramatic within a week. My daily average is 1161 calories. I try to compliment this with a daily average of 2600+ in exercise (this means some walking and at least three one-hour gym classes every week). I've lost 4kgs in just over a week.

Thank you. Tou are doing extremely well. Keep up the good work. I have started yesterday, hoping for good results as I have a LOT to loose.

I'm also doing 1200 although the last two weekends I had kind of cheat weekends, which you can actually see on my weight graph where I go up.
I am trying to find a balance.

I'm on 1500 but I'm finding it difficult to complete it daily unless I eat really unhealthy food.

It's all about motivation and eating the right foods. I'm not a good example but you should just keep going and do exercise as well

Im on a 1200 calorie "diet" as well. i manage to stick to it by using a meal replacement shake for one or two of my meals, depending on the day. And then i have healthy meals and snacks that make up the rest of the calorie budget. the shakes work for kickstarting your diet but can get boring after a month or so. but it helps me stay within my calorie limit and with weightloss. especially if im strict with counting calories.

I would like to follow this. Can someone provide me with this diet?

@smoke1hun hang in there. just choose protien that keeps you full. Drink plenty of water. We try making meals nice, rather have small yummy portions instead of huge boring salads. @Valeciae16 Google and pinterest is your best friend to assist.

Hi everyone. I am on about 4450 kj ( about just over 1000 cal I think )from my dietician. I am not hungry at all. Just have a bit of a sweet craving every now and then. Really use this app to your advantage and add everything that goes into your mouth. Have a look at the part with restaurants (example Steets) and see how much calories/ kj is in a burger and chips. I do not eat meat but will have an egg ( not often) or fish.
Today
Oats with Flora Pro active fat spread and sweetener and some fat free plain yogurt
Snack 15 almonds and a Granny Apple
Lunch 2 xAlbany Ultima kilojoule controlled bread
1 slice with fat free chunky cottage cheese other slice 1 boiled egg teaspoon of Trum Cross and Blackwell mayo.
Snack ( now around 15:30) 2 x unsalted ricecakes with sugar free peanut butter.
Then what is left of I make my dinner. Salad with Tuna with Tuna, Sardien

So when I punched in my goal weight and height the app automatically adjusted my calorie intake to 1900 but I don't know how to change it but I'm not looking at that anyhoo. I track what I eat and I record my calories. I've averaged around 1210 calories for this week however I've kept my intake rather low except for twice at dinner where I increased my calories by a lot. Predominantly it's between 800 to 1000 calories and I don't get hungry coz I eat raw veg and fruit. Exercising also helps which I've managed to do regularly this week for an hour and a half but I record less even if I do more to get the calories burned more accurately. I haven't been eating bread this week which is a huge addiction for me just need to get rid of the rice that's increasing my intake at some of my dinner meals.
