I'm going to try this site. I usually log on My Fitness Pal..I have just finished the Atkins induction phase for 14 days and no weight loss. I have about 12 pounds to lose...and I have been stalled for months!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Monika - So sorry that is going on. The only thing I can think of is trying to eliminate the Endulge Bars. Some say they cannot lose weight while eating anything with sugar alcohols. BTW - Nice to meet you! I lost 20lbs. last year but have come back to lose another 10 - just like starting over!

This site is really good. Lots of supportive people and I like how I can just log all my food and execise. Keeps me accountable and is really nice to keep track. I like the graphs that show you weight loss too. I'm in the Induction phase and I've lost 8 pounds after reading the book. If you haven't gotten the book, get it. It sure helps. Found mine at goodwill for 1.99. :) Anyway, I'm kinda new at this too, but if you need help I'd be glad to help. At the very least I'm in your corner cheering you on!
