Re-Start anew, am going to track everything that enters my mouth to eat. I am going to go into Ketosis and loose this weight! But only with God's help can I stay on track.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
