I am a little late for recording my week two of the challenge. This week was awful. So many things happened, and it caused me to eat poorly, not record it, and not exercise. Oh well, this is another week and I am determined to do better!
112.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
