Well I started eating meat on Sunday night, I lost 1 pound and now almost 2. Eating fat was the key and why I wasn't loosing, Eat More Meat.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 33.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
