So, TOM came last week; scale showed a gain of 2 ounces. This never changed for the week. Tom left yesterday and I am down 1.2 lbs today. I was trying to figure out just how much water I was retaining but I can't tell now if I lost right before or during TOM..oh well, thankful for the loss anyway :)
83.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

that entire process baffles me. The loss could be from either. However, a loss is a loss and you should appreciate it. Congrats!

What kind of a scale do you have that measures ounces?
