Had a great first week. Lost 5.8 pounds! I know that the first week is always a big loss, so I don't expect to lose that much in a week again ever. I only used 2 of my 35 flex points. I used 4 of the 14 activity points I earned. We went to Applebees to eat this week. I got the WW Confetti Chicken (loved it!) and a side salad with fat free Italian dressing. I felt satisfied, not hungry or overfull. See you next week!
