I am actually pleased that this set back is not any worse than 2 lbs. I had a wonderful weekend with my College roommates and now I am back on track.
I am actually glad that I had this. Now I know that I can have times where I slack off for special occasions (vacations, holidays, parties) and then just go right back into the program.
This is what I wanted for a lifestyle change and not a diet program.
