잘 먹는데도 요며칠은 운동과 생활속의 움직임량이 더 많은지 목표체중보다 훨씬 저체중구간으로 점점 더 살이빠져서 오늘부터는 음식량을 1/3씩 늘려보며 몸무게가 저체중 경계구간 (50.3kg) 이하로 내려가지 않는 음식의 적정량을 찾아보자.
