😍HAPPY DIET😍
BREAKFAST: Juice Tanpa Gula/ Shake + Pisang
LUNCH: Terserah Yang Penting Enak & Kenyang
DINNER: juice tanpa gula / Shake + Pisang
SNACK: 4 Kacang Almond Mentah / Panggang
AKTIVITAS: Bersepeda Ke Kantor 14 Km / Hari
NB: Take It Easy don't be so serious...
110 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 50 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
