I am amazed that I dropped 3 lbs from yesterday to today. I had to stand on the scale twice. Confirmed. 3 lbs lost. What I did differently yesterday was eat 3 eggs for breakfast, some grapes for lunch, baked potato and chicken breast for dinner.
