I never thought I would ever go beyond my last weight. I have gained about 20lbs since I first joined and 11 lbs since January! My work is too sedentary and there always seems to be some circumstance that interferes with my workout. It is extremely frustrating but I've decided I can no longer delay the changes necessary for my health. I welcome all help and suggestions! Time to make a change!
