Well I knew I'd be up when I went to WW tonight. My actual last weigh in I was at 154, so I'm up by 3 lbs. tonight. I needed that meeting and being back with my friends and support.

I am determined to get to my goal weight by the end of April. That is when my pass expires for WW and I will have to pay again if not at my goal.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It is great you are back at Weight Watchers. 3 lbs is not bad at all, I wish I went back to weight watchers when I only gained 3 lbs. I gained about 15 pounds and ittakes so long to lose but it goes on really easy. Good luck to you

Now that you're back at WW and eating right, I'm sure those 3lbs will come off fast. And you've exercised today, that's better than me!
