Wow, I usually loose weight easy, but never this much....it's usually 1 or 1,5 kg daily when I just excercise and eat healthier. Amazing! Only a bit more to go!


BTW, why does this app tell me that my desired weight is too low, when at Medical University they told me thats my ideal weight? What's up with that?
44 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
