54.9 flashed momentarily but I couldn't get it to repeat so it doesn't count. I ate a chocolate Turkish delight today so it's gonna gain tomorrow or Friday (I always say two day margin) so I'm really not putting it to watch the even bigger gain! Oh well. My theory was to scramble my metabolism but really I just wanted the choccy! So I had it. Damage done!
