Hi all, I am back. The holidays are over now and I am back in the groove. I am restarting the fs diet today. I did go exercise yesterday (the first time since my auto accident and shoulder surgery). Just swimming, but it felt good. I am going to try to make it to the gym at least five times per week and build on other exercises as I go. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of April (my b-day). So, we shall see. I didn't do too bad over the holidays, just added a few lbs. Shouldn't be too difficult to lose.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
