Due to this challenge, I have completely cut diet soda out of my diet, which has helped cut down on the caffeine. I am only drinking 2 cups of coffee,(black) in the mornings and the rest is water.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
