Okay...finally did my weigh in and fortunately I didn't gain weight over the last 11 months. Actually lost 8 pounds. But I can't celebrate too much because if I had stuck with the program I would probably be 80 or 90 pounds lighter now. Oh well...you live and you learn. Completed today's walk with no adventures:-).
104.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
