Thats the result of hard core gyming it and detox!

Short term goal to hit 175 by end of the month! OPTIMISTIC I KNOW!
83.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I went to the gym today and went nuts! 3K on the treadmill....walking/running then elliptical for 20 min. Yoga then weights. I couldnt stop, I just kept thinking of the scales...wanting so bad to get into 170's! Even if its 179lbs. Im going to do the same tomorrow and weigh in monday morning. Fingers crossed! ☮
