This week's Ride 'Em Challenge weigh-in. I am a bit dissapointed that it's only a pound, because it had been two up until this morning! Oh well, hopefully it will go back down in time for tomorrow's official weigh-in, so I can finally cash in my 3 stone goal reward!!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aw, don't you just hate it with daily weight fluctuations... grahh, I've had that happen too. But 1lbs is still fantastic and is lighter that you were last week. You've done absolutely brilliantly and I really hope that you reach your 3 stone milestone tomorrow. You really deserve it because I know you are so dedicated. There's certainly no letting up for us and we're definitely keeping one another on our toes! We've come along way, but like you I have no doubts that we will get to our goal this year. It's a long slog... but worth all the effort we put in. Here's to another great week for you and a lighter, healthier New Year! ;o)
