Well I've had some trouble getting back into the routine, but today is officially day 7 (one whole week) of exercising every single day and eating healthy. I've been doing really well, and my weight had actually gone back up to 135 or so. So I'm glad to see the scale going back down! Though I was hoping to be closer to 125 at this point, it's alright. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
