Well its been fun, the beginning days of a calorie reduction diet is shocking to the gut and mind but am very happy with my results. since February started at 223 now I'm at 185, lost 38 lbs in almost 4 months, this time I'm not going to take my work towards weight loss efforts for granted and am going to maintain this weight loss forever, not like last time where I lost it and then gained it all back, still have 10 lbs to go but can see the finish line, yeah! So happy.
