Weight Goal #2: 180 by MAY312017 Current weight: 184.6 Body fat loss since JAN152017: 7.8%. Considering that Weight Goal #1 was 200 by MAR152017 and I was only off by 2 days (and 0.4 lbs), I'm a bit anxious about how much I fell behind by letting snacks, stress and demotivation get to me. Also waiting too long to recalculate my TDEE was not ideal. I've got 4.6 lbs to lose plus all that I want to accomplish by Weight Goal #3.
