Naik lagi, kayaknya karena kmrn jajan diluar, jadi ga kehitung kalori yang masuk berapa. Padahal porsi yg dimakan udah dijaga2 bgt
80 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
