Feel fluidy. Have not been on the bike or done any real HIT training or even any endurance since returning from Japan. Some oil in the diet, need to remove. No meat since the weekend, but a lot of food at Koru on Saturday and three days of drinking (Thursday-Saturday) last week.
Eating mostly clean, but need to engage in a goal. Taupo entry and start training now. 2 workout sessions on Tuesday and Thursday. Fight on Friday, race on Saturday and early morning longer ride on Sunday. Continue with this routine until change needed.
