After staying the same for a very long time, I decided to go back on the 8 hour diet. My older sister, who is not on here, has lost a good amount of weight on it and I saw her the other day. Her face was so much slimmer. It was inspiring to me. I had done this one a couple of years ago and had good results. Plus, it really struck me this time that there are a lot more waking hours in a day than 8, and that I was finding some little thing to eat in all of them. So here goes...
