I feel like things are going very well so far; it's been a week and a half and I'm down 4.5 pounds and I'm extremely happy with these results! I'm worried though, that as usual, I do well for the first few weeks and then spiral into unhealthy eating habits again and gain the weight back. (When I'm stressed, I eat, and I eat very unhealthy... cake, chips, etc)! I know that for me, eating habits are my biggest challenge.

How can I remain motivated and continue to lose? I also would like to get back to the gym but I am really dreading it. I have a prepaid membership so I have no excuse not to go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
