Losing 1.6 kg a Week

Second day of wearing the bodybugg. It said I burned 2200 some calories yesterday. No reason why I shouldn't be losing 2 lbs a week. Oh well, it is what it is. Today I did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max for the first time. Did warm up, level 1 and 2 and cool down. It burned 345 calories. I burn about 80 calories more doing the 30 Day Shred and Power Sculpt 1 & 3 and the cool down. But good to mix it all up, I think. Plugging away, but felt happy the scale dropped today.
