All going well so far - having a bad day today though - had a massive fight with my boyfiend.....am so tempted to go downstairs and get chocolate....but ignoring it so far! Very difficult though as i am the queen of comfort eaters!

70.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 15.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done on the hold back; I would go the ice cream but have been much stronger too when things are getting me down.

Admire your willpower. I usually reach for the kids chocolate or a glass of wine but I have really resisted this week (well avoided the chocolate, had horrible week in work so didnt avoid the wine)
