Woohoo!! My weight loss has been kind of stalled the past week or so but I lost 16 pounds in one month so I'm not really suprised. I didn't get to 279 like I wanted but I'm happy with what I got bc it means I'm dropping again :)
127.2 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
