I have had better days - I slipped and had diet cranberry juice which is not allowed on Atkins Induction phase. However I felt it was still a healthy food choice. I drank 72 oz of water today and I did start exercising. I stayed under 20 carbs so that was good. I also tried a recipe which was a plus.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
