Oh No! What have I done? Time to get back on track. I'd like to blame it on the holidays but I stayed under my limit throughout the feasting. I'd have to blame it on my new found love of dark winter beers and overconfidence after doing so well through the holidays. What a day to pick to go back on my diet. Chocolates and cupcakes all over the office. I'll have to make a game of it.
