I made almond flour in the food procesor and mix it with a little bit of regular flour and the rest of the ingredients to make pancakes and it came out delicious. I ate 1 with a turkey sausage.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
