Okay, working out with a trainer helps a lot. I gained 2 lbs last week, didn't post weight, now I am down to 226, so the working out must be working. The more I do it and start seeing results, the more dedicated I am to losing. Yippeee!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
