hoping to step on that scale in the morning and see that the 220's are gone forever! =)
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Hope this happens for you!!! Our stories sound the same! I have found that journaling and adding every food that I eat every day has helped me greatly! Keep it up and it will happen!
