I've been bad of late. One too many well meaning co-workers have given me my absolute downfall- chocolate. Some other poor choices for dinner as well. My stomach feels bloated. Have not been as faithful to my workout the last 5 days due to holiday burnout - I feel too tired to do much beyond shop and drop before and after work. I got back on track this morning because I am convinced some of my fatigue is eating related, not just the holiday blahs. I felt MUCH better when I was eating the YOU Diet faithfully. I think I'll put a sign on my office door: NO CHOCOLATE ZONE.
