I need to get on here more to really participate.
This week has been really good, I feel great and I'm happy to see the scale is showing all my hard work. I havent been this low in over 5 years
97.7 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
