So I usually weigh in on Thursday but I've again been on this scale kick. I just wanna know how my fluctuations work. I was pleasantly suprised to see my weight drop again!!! I have been focusing on drinking at least 100 oz of water a day and its been helping a lot with curbing my hunger and flushing out my system. I Well, off to go make my yummy breakfast!!!!
